Four departments are established to support the achievement of SYAD’s objectives.

a) Social Department: The primary role of this department is to strengthen the association’s members’ sense of solidarity. It focuses on promoting a culture of solidarity and providing support to members in need.

b) Youth Department: The main role of this department is to provide guidance and support to young individuals in activities that promote their socio-economic development. It offers programs and initiatives that empower young people to develop their skills, enhance their social and economic well-being, and contribute positively to society.

c) IT Department: The primary role of this department is to promote the use of information technology in all aspects of young people’s lives to keep up with the current world development. It focuses on providing training, resources, and support to help young individuals navigate the digital landscape, acquire digital literacy skills, and leverage technology for personal and professional growth.

d) Projects Department: The primary role of this department is to design projects aimed at achieving the association’s objectives. It collaborates with other departments to develop and implement projects that align with the association’s mission. The Projects Department ensures that projects are well-planned, executed, and monitored, contributing to the overall success of SYAD.

These four departments work together in a coordinated manner to support SYAD’s objectives, ensuring the holistic development and empowerment of its members.
