The Youth Department’s main role is to provide guidance and support to young individuals in activities that promote their socio-economic development. To achieve this, the department is responsible for:

  1. Education and information on the harmful effects of alcohol and drug consumption in society: We provide education and awareness programs to young people, highlighting the negative consequences of alcohol and drug abuse. By promoting knowledge and understanding, we aim to empower them to make informed decisions and lead healthy lifestyles.
  2. Training and capacity building in various domains or professions: We offer training programs and capacity-building initiatives to equip young individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary for financial independence and the ability to create their own employment opportunities. Through these programs, we aim to foster entrepreneurship and equip young people with the tools they need to succeed in their chosen fields.
  3. Creation of a meeting space for young people: We establish spaces where young individuals can gather, engage in cultural and sporting activities, and enhance their knowledge and understanding. These spaces provide opportunities for social interaction, personal growth, and cultural enrichment. They serve as platforms for young people to explore their interests, talents, and creativity.

The Youth Department is committed to supporting the holistic development of young individuals, promoting their well-being, and creating opportunities for them to thrive socially and economically.
